SA Corporate Real Estate, the landlord in the crosshairs of suitors including Emira Property Fund, says an independent investigation has found no evidence of fraud or corruption by management.

The announcement removes a hurdle for companies interested in buying it out. There could even be a bidding war between groups which want exposure to SA Corporate’s residential portfolio, worth more than R3bn.  ..
