The Chamber of Mines, which has been renamed the Minerals Council SA, held its annual general meeting on Wednesday. Mineral Resources Minister, Gwede Mantashe announced that he would get rid of the “Gupta clause” in the Mining Charter, which is due to be finalised in June.
