Roche develops own antibody test, calling some others a ‘disaster’
The pharmaceutical company is launching its test in May, but warns that some tests available could be ‘made overnight in the garage’

Zurich — Some blood tests being marketed to tell people if they have had the new coronavirus are a “disaster”, Roche CEO Severin Schwan said on Wednesday as he prepares to launch the drugmaker’s own antibody test in May.
