Go Life, a "nutraceutical" company whose products include aphrodisiacs Go Passion and Supa Sex and laxatives Go Lax and Fero Lax, is seeking approval to list on AltX in the next few weeks.
Its revenue for the year to end-February was more than R10m and it hoped to double that by the end of this financial year, Go Life founder Gerhard Naudè said in statement on Wednesday.
Go Life has listed in Mauritius where it plans to establish a research and production site.
"Go Life SA currently has more than 10% market share in the Eastern Cape where it originated and is establishing a larger distribution footprint that covers the rest of SA," Naudè said.
Its products are carried by retailer Alpha Pharm and it is in the process of creating warehouses and sales centres branded Gotha Health Hubs.
Its first hub was opened in Port Elizabeth in late 2015, with further hubs in Midrand, East London and Parow planned for opening in early 2017.
"The company has successfully presented to the AltX advisory committee and has submitted the draft prelisting statement to the JSE. Go Life is to list during November, subject to JSE approval," its statement said.
