Management shakeup at Rothschild’s SA unit
Current CEO Martin Kingston will become the executive chair, while Paul Bondi and Giles Douglas have been named the new co-heads

Rothschild & Co said that after 13 years with the company Martin Kingston, the current CEO of the investment bank’s SA unit, will take on the role of executive chair from April 1. Paul Bondi and Giles Douglas have been named as co-heads of SA, Rothschild said in an e-mailed statement on Monday. “Trevor Manuel, a former finance minister of SA and current chair of Old Mutual, will return to his position as non-executive deputy chair of the board of Rothschild & Co in SA while also continuing in his role as senior adviser to the group.” Bloomberg
