Bain & Company appoints Norman Mbazima to spruce up its image

Bain & Company, the global top-three consultancy that was embroiled in the destruction of the SA Revenue Service (Sars), said it appointed Norman Mbazima, the former CEO of Kumba Iron Ore, to chair an oversight board it set up as part of remedial action in the wake of the scandal.
Mbazima will chair the board, which was created to provide oversight over the selection of projects and clients, and will have seven directors, the company said in an e-mailed statement on Tuesday. Mbazima is due to stand down as Anglo American SA deputy chair at the end of June. ..
