The saga of the Ford Kuga is continuing this week, but unlike when it grabbed all the headlines at the end of 2016, this time Ford is being a little more proactive. The reason is because the massive recall campaign earlier this year was just stage one of fixing the problem for owners. Now it is time for phase two and everyone who took their Kuga in the first time is going to have to take it in again. Better safe than sorry though, right? Unlike the first stage, Ford says we will not see fields full of Kugas, this time it has all the parts required. Those parts are just a new coolant sensor and pipe. The rest of the repair work is an upgrade to the software. Ford says all affected owners must contact their nearest dealership and book their car in. Once the booking has been made, they will be offered a loan car.
