Allan Greenblo co-founded Finance Week in 1978 and edited it from 1982 to 1995. He was managing director of BDFM (Business Day and Financial Mail) from 1997 to 2002. He has won Afrox and Sanlam awards for financial journalism; worked as an SA adviser to the FTSE for two years; and in 2019 received the Sanlam financial journalism award for lifetime achievement.
