He has been to my house several times."Later in parliament:"The meeting never took place. Mcebo Dlamini has not been to my house."You can watch the lie being played out before your eyes: and ... There are very few democracies where a minister can utter such a bald-faced and blatant lie to parliament and get away with it.Now for the conspiracy theory.
