Tuesday 15 November 2016 16.46------Two major developments:The first is that Shaun Abrahams has filed his papers (Freedom Under Law has taken him to court over the Pravin Gordhan prosecution debacle), in which he alleges that the Hawks failed to provide him with vital information before his fateful decision to prosecute the finance minister.More specifically, the Hawks were in possession of legal advice obtained by Gordhan which backed his decision to approve the early retirement of his deputy. But, they did not pass this on to Abrahams.Abrahams is trying to paint himself as the victim of Hawks. Why?
