Business Day is publishing the report on Auction Alliance for a number of reasons, but does not warrant the report’s accuracy and has found it wanting in some minor ways INCLUDED in this post is the full Accountants@Law forensic report into alleged wrongdoing at Auction Alliance, about which Business Day has written over the past few weeks. We have spent the intervening time approaching everyone named in the report to provide a right of reply. We are publishing the report for a variety of reasons specified below, but importantly, we do not warrant its accuracy, and in some minor respects, we have found it wanting.However, we publish it particularly at the request of some victims of the alleged wrongdoing and institutions involved in this long-running case. Indeed, we have also been encouraged to provide details to those named in the report in order to clarify the allegations made against them.
