But recently the product line has been grown to include specialist frozen food brands Findus (mainly table greens) and Quorn (which caters for vegans).Brimstone executive chairman Fred Robertson says both Findus and Quorn are selling well in the domestic market."These new segments are not big yet but we see these brands accounting for as much as 10% of Sea Harvest's turnover in a few years if we push on."Whether market share successes buoy confidence at Brimstone and Sea Harvest to add further brands to Sea Harvest remains to be seen.
