Presidential question time in the National Council of Provinces got off to a rowdy start on Tuesday afternoon as EFF members sought to call a halt to proceedings. NCOP chairperson Thandi Modise had to summon the parliamentary support services to forcibly remove four EFF members who accused President Jacob Zuma of violating the constitution and being a thief, rapist and murderer.
