How far can a conspiracy theory run in SA? Pretty far, it seems and that is not surprising. With a president who never misses an opportunity to ignore a problem, or to not explain what is in fact going on, and with ministers who don’t have a clue what is going on, the stars are aligned for perfect insanity. Now, the question is, has Lily Gosam gone mad? Lily who? I don’t know her and I apparently will never meet her. She is a creation of the wonderful Ray Hartley, former editor of the Times, the Sunday Times and, now, the online resurrection of the Rand Daily Mail. He will not say who she is.
