NISSAN’s zero emission strategy has, up to now, seen a slew of electric concept models emerge from the Japanese manufacturer. Among these was the New Mobility Concept electric vehicle, which I drove in Yokohama, Japan in 2014. There was also the DeltaWing LMP1 racecar and later the Zeod RC, which also embraced the DeltaWing design philosophy.In production terms, only the Leaf electric car has made it to production, but while it has enjoyed global sales success, it is hardly desirable.
