Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan will be walking a tight rope when he presents the budget on Wednesday. Pravin Jamnadas Gordhan was born on April 12 1949 in Durban. The name Pravin is of Sanskrit origin and means knowledgeable skillful and proficient.
