Super Group CEO Peter Mountford won the EY entrepreneur of the year award at a gala function in Sandton this week. He was chosen for his entrepreneurial spirit, the logistics and fleet management company’s financial performance, his ability to provide strategic direction and innovation, and his integrity and influence. "I am honoured to have been presented with this prestigious and coveted award given the calibre of candidates nominated this year. I am looking forward to representing SA at the EY International Entrepreneur Award 2017 in Monaco next year," Mountford said on Wednesday. Mountford is a chartered accountant with an MBA from Warwick University in the UK. He has been MD of SAB Diversified Beverages, which included SAB’s supply chain services and logistics interests.
