Marcus Msomi, founder of Carwash Supreme based in Durban, shares with The Big Small Business Show how he started his business with R22,000 and now employs 95 people. Msomi says he spotted an opportunity to establish a water-less car wash system to eliminate long queues and traditional car wash outlets. He did not give up until he grew the company to be what it is today. “My business will make money, my business will make money,” he told himself in the days when things were not looking up. His advice to entrepreneurs that are struggling and thinking of giving up is to try one more time and try a little harder. “When the light is closer it becomes darker and it always works out in the end,” Msomi says. • The Big Small Business Show airs on Business Day TV channel 412
